Bashluth (also known as Bazlut or Bazlit) was the ancestor of a family of temple servants (Nethinim) who returned to Jerusalem from the Babylonian exile under Zerubbabel's leadership. His descendants are mentioned among those who contributed to the rebuilding of the temple and Jewish community life in Judah.
