King of Israel, killed by Jehu
Joram was the son of Ahab and king of Israel after his brother Ahaziah. He waged war against Moab and Aram, but was killed by Jehu at Jezreel, bringing an end to the house of Ahab as the prophets had foretold.

Jehu, anointed king to destroy the house of Ahab, shot Joram through the heart and threw his body onto Naboth's field in Jezreel.
24Then Jehu drew his bow and shot Joram between the shoulders. The arrow pierced his heart, and he slumped down in his chariot.
וְיֵה֞וּא מִלֵּ֧א יָד֣וֹ בַקֶּ֗שֶׁת וַיַּ֤ךְ אֶת־יְהוֹרָם֙ בֵּ֣ין זְרֹעָ֔יו וַיֵּצֵ֥א הַחֵ֖צִי מִלִּבּ֑וֹ וַיִּכְרַ֖ע בְּרִכְבּֽוֹ׃
