Kol-Hose is a person mentioned in the book of Nehemiah. He was the father of Shallum, who led half of the district of Jerusalem and helped rebuild the walls around Jerusalem. Kol-Hose is also mentioned as one of those who sealed the covenant with Nehemiah.
15The Fountain Gate was repaired by Shallun son of Col-Hozeh, ruler of the district of Mizpah. He rebuilt it, roofed it over, and set its doors, its bolts, and its bars in place. He also repaired the wall of the Pool of Shelah by the King's Garden, as far as the steps that go down from the City of David.
Under Nehemiah's leadership, many families, including the descendants of Kol-Hose, participated in the great project to rebuild Jerusalem's walls after the Babylonian exile.
