After the ascension, Judas son of James was among the apostles gathered in prayer in the upper room.

14 They all devoted themselves with one mind to prayer, together with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brothers. griech οὗτοι πάντες ἦσαν προσκαρτεροῦντες ὁμοθυμαδὸν τῇ ⸀προσευχῇ σὺν γυναιξὶν καὶ ⸀Μαριὰμ τῇ μητρὶ τοῦ Ἰησοῦ καὶ ⸀σὺν τοῖς ἀδελφοῖς αὐτοῦ.
Thaddaeus was among the twelve who were sent out by Jesus to preach the kingdom of God and heal the sick.
1 Jesus called the Twelve together and gave them power and authority over all demons and to cure diseases. griech Συγκαλεσάμενος δὲ τοὺς δώδεκα ἔδωκεν αὐτοῖς δύναμιν καὶ ἐξουσίαν ἐπὶ πάντα τὰ δαιμόνια καὶ νόσους θεραπεύειν,
2 Then he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. griech καὶ ἀπέστειλεν αὐτοὺς κηρύσσειν τὴν βασιλείαν τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ ἰᾶσθαι ⸂τοὺς ἀσθενεῖς⸃,
6 So they set out and went from village to village, proclaiming the good news and healing everywhere. griech ἐξερχόμενοι δὲ διήρχοντο κατὰ τὰς κώμας εὐαγγελιζόμενοι καὶ θεραπεύοντες πανταχοῦ.
