Inicio Personas The Widow's Son at Nain The widow's son from Nain was a young man who died and was being carried out for burial when Jesus met the funeral procession outside the city. Moved with compassion for the grieving widow, Jesus raised her only son from the dead. This was one of three instances in the Gospels where Jesus raised someone from the dead.
