Priestly Lineage After the Exile

El regresoPriestLeaderc. 5th century BC

Harim is a name that appears several times in the Old Testament, mainly associated with a priestly lineage and a family group that returned from exile in Babylon. Harim is mentioned in connection with temple service under David and in lists of those who returned with Zerubbabel and Ezra. Members of Harim's lineage were among those who had to send away their foreign wives after Ezra's reforms.
