Hattush
Scribe and family leader during the return from exile
Hattush was a descendant of David through Shekaniah, and one of the leaders who returned to Jerusalem from Babylon. He is mentioned in several contexts in the books of Ezra and Nehemiah, both as a participant in the rebuilding of Jerusalem's wall and as one who sealed the covenant with God. He was also a scribe who traveled from Babylon to Jerusalem with Ezra.
