Jesus' sisters (unnamed)
Jesus' biological sisters
Jesus' sisters are mentioned in the Gospels, but never by name. They were daughters of Mary and Joseph, and grew up with Jesus in Nazareth. Their existence confirms that Jesus had a normal family situation with several siblings.

Mentioned by the people of Nazareth
When Jesus taught in the synagogue in his hometown, the people mentioned his sisters as proof that they knew his family and background.
55"Isn't this the carpenter's son? Isn't his mother called Mary, and aren't his brothers James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas?
οὐχ οὗτός ἐστιν ὁ τοῦ τέκτονος υἱός; ⸀οὐχ ἡ μήτηρ αὐτοῦ λέγεται Μαριὰμ καὶ οἱ ἀδελφοὶ αὐτοῦ Ἰάκωβος καὶ ⸀Ἰωσὴφ καὶ Σίμων καὶ Ἰούδας;
56Aren't all his sisters here with us? Where then did this man get all these things?"
καὶ αἱ ἀδελφαὶ αὐτοῦ οὐχὶ πᾶσαι πρὸς ἡμᾶς εἰσιν; πόθεν οὖν τούτῳ ταῦτα πάντα;
Referred to in the Gospel of Mark
Mark confirms that Jesus had sisters who lived among the people of Nazareth, which caused people to wonder at his wisdom and miracles.
3Isn't this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James and Joses and Judas and Simon? And aren't his sisters here with us?" And they took offense at him.
The family comes to take Jesus away
Jesus' family, probably including his sisters, came to take him away when they heard about the crowds and were worried about him.
31Then his mother and his brothers came, and standing outside, they sent word to him, calling for him.
32A crowd was sitting around him, and they told him, "Look, your mother and your brothers are outside, looking for you."
33He answered them, "Who are my mother and my brothers?"
καὶ ⸂ἀποκριθεὶς αὐτοῖς λέγει⸃· Τίς ἐστιν ἡ μήτηρ μου ⸀ἢ οἱ ἀδελφοί ⸀μου;
34Then he looked around at those seated in a circle about him and said, "Here are my mother and my brothers.
35Whoever does the will of God is my brother and sister and mother."
