Keluhu (also spelled Keluhi or Keluhu) was one of the Levites mentioned in connection with the renewal of the covenant under Nehemiah. He was among those who sealed the agreement to follow God's law after returning from exile in Babylon.

Covenant Renewal under Nehemiah
Keluhu was among the Levites who sealed the covenant to obey God's law and keep His commandments after returning from the Babylonian exile.
In connection with the renewal of the covenant, Keluhu joined other Levites in a solemn assembly where the people confessed their sins and committed themselves to follow the Lord's law.
4On the platform of the Levites stood Jeshua, Bani, Kadmiel, Shebaniah, Bunni, Sherebiah, Bani, and Kenani, and they cried out with a loud voice to the LORD their God.

As part of the Levitical community, Keluhu was involved in the public reading of God's law and the subsequent worship that took place in Jerusalem after the rebuilding of the walls.
7And Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, and Pelaiah—the Levites—explained the Law to the people while they remained in their places.
