Phinehas (son of Eli)
Wicked Priest at Shiloh
Phinehas was one of the two sons of the high priest Eli. Together with his brother Hophni, he disgraced the priesthood at Shiloh and despised the Lord's offerings. Both fell on the same day in battle against the Philistines when God's ark of the covenant was captured.

Fell When the Ark Was Captured
Hophni and Phinehas were killed on the same day the Philistines defeated Israel and took God's ark of the covenant, just as God's word had foretold.
11The ark of God was captured, and Eli's two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, died.
וַאֲר֥וֹן אֱלֹהִ֖ים נִלְקָ֑ח וּשְׁנֵ֤י בְנֵֽי־עֵלִי֙ מֵ֔תוּ חָפְנִ֖י וּפִֽינְחָֽס׃
