The census number for the tribe of Asher

The number 41,500 is the count of fighting men from the tribe of Asher who were registered at the first census in the wilderness of Sinai, as recorded in Numbers 1:41. The census was carried out by the Lord's command, where all men twenty years old and older who could go to war were counted tribe by tribe. Asher was a son of Jacob and Zilpah, Leah's slave woman. The name of the tribe is connected with blessing and happiness, which is reflected in Jacob's blessing where Asher is promised rich food. At the second census, recorded in Numbers 26:47, the tribe of Asher had grown to 53,400 – a significant increase that can be interpreted as a sign of God's blessing upon this tribe throughout the wilderness journey.
