Solomon gives Hiram twenty cities in Galilee
After Solomon had finished building the Lord's house and the king's palace in twenty years, he gave King Hiram of Tyre twenty cities in Galilee as payment for cedar trees, cypress, and gold. Hiram went himself to see the cities but was not pleased and called the area the land of Cabul. Hiram had sent Solomon one hundred and twenty talents of gold.

10At the end of the twenty years during which Solomon built these two buildings—the house of the LORD and the royal palace—
וַיְהִ֗י מִקְצֵה֙ עֶשְׂרִ֣ים שָׁנָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־בָּנָ֥ה שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה אֶת־שְׁנֵ֣י הַבָּתִּ֑ים אֶת־בֵּ֥ית יְהוָ֖ה וְאֶת־בֵּ֥ית הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃
11King Solomon gave twenty towns in Galilee to Hiram king of Tyre, because Hiram had supplied him with all the cedar and cypress timber and gold he desired.
חִירָ֣ם מֶֽלֶךְ־צֹ֠ר נִשָּׂ֨א אֶת־שְׁלֹמֹ֜ה בַּעֲצֵי֩ אֲרָזִ֨ים וּבַעֲצֵ֧י בְרוֹשִׁ֛ים וּבַזָּהָ֖ב לְכָל־חֶפְצ֑וֹ אָ֡ז יִתֵּן֩ הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹ֤ה לְחִירָם֙ עֶשְׂרִ֣ים עִ֔יר בְּאֶ֖רֶץ הַגָּלִֽיל׃
12But when Hiram came from Tyre to inspect the towns Solomon had given him, he was not pleased with them.
וַיֵּצֵ֤א חִירָם֙ מִצֹּ֔ר לִרְאוֹת֙ אֶת־הֶ֣עָרִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֥ר נָתַן־ל֖וֹ שְׁלֹמֹ֑ה וְלֹ֥א יָשְׁר֖וּ בְּעֵינָֽיו׃
13"What are these towns you have given me, my brother?" he said. And he named them the Land of Cabul,* a name they bear to this day.
*Cabul sounds like a Hebrew expression meaning "good for nothing."
וַיֹּ֕אמֶר מָ֚ה הֶעָרִ֣ים הָאֵ֔לֶּה אֲשֶׁר־נָתַ֥תָּה לִּ֖י אָחִ֑י וַיִּקְרָ֤א לָהֶם֙ אֶ֣רֶץ כָּב֔וּל עַ֖ד הַיּ֥וֹם הַזֶּֽה׃ פ
14Now Hiram had sent the king a hundred and twenty talents of gold.
וַיִּשְׁלַ֥ח חִירָ֖ם לַמֶּ֑לֶךְ מֵאָ֥ה וְעֶשְׂרִ֖ים כִּכַּ֥ר זָהָֽב׃
