Bilgai was a priest who lived in the period after the return from the Babylonian exile. He is mentioned as one of the priests who placed his seal on the covenant with God under Nehemiah's leadership. Bilgai (also known as Bilga) belonged to a priestly family that served in the temple in Jerusalem.
