Noah (daughter of Zelophehad)
One of Zelophehad's five daughters
Noah was one of Zelophehad's five daughters who asked Moses to let them inherit their father, since he died without sons. The case led to a new inheritance law in Israel that gave daughters the right to inherit when there were no sons.

Demanding Inheritance Rights
The daughters of Zelophehad came forward before Moses and demanded to inherit their father, and the Lord confirmed that their claim was right.
1Then the daughters of Zelophehad came forward—Zelophehad son of Hepher, son of Gilead, son of Machir, son of Manasseh, from the clans of Manasseh son of Joseph. These were the names of his daughters: Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.

7"The daughters of Zelophehad are right. You shall certainly give them a holding as their inheritance among their father's brothers, and transfer their father's inheritance to them.
