The New Heavens and the New Earth
The Lord promises that the new heavens and the new earth he creates will endure before his face, and so shall the offspring and name of his people. Every new moon and every Sabbath all flesh shall come to worship before the Lord. They will go out and look on the dead bodies of those who rebelled against God—their worm shall not die and their fire shall not be quenched—and they shall be an abomination to all flesh.
Jesaja 66,22-24
22For just as the new heavens and the new earth that I am making will endure before me, declares the LORD, so your offspring and your name will endure.
כִּ֣י כַאֲשֶׁ֣ר הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם הַ֠חֳדָשִׁים וְהָאָ֨רֶץ הַחֲדָשָׁ֜ה אֲשֶׁ֨ר אֲנִ֥י עֹשֶׂ֛ה עֹמְדִ֥ים לְפָנַ֖י נְאֻם־יְהוָ֑ה כֵּ֛ן יַעֲמֹ֥ד זַרְעֲכֶ֖ם וְשִׁמְכֶֽם׃
23From new moon to new moon and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh will come to bow down before me, says the LORD.
וְהָיָ֗ה מִֽדֵּי־חֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ בְּחָדְשׁ֔וֹ וּמִדֵּ֥י שַׁבָּ֖ת בְּשַׁבַּתּ֑וֹ יָב֧וֹא כָל־בָּשָׂ֛ר לְהִשְׁתַּחֲוֺ֥ת לְפָנַ֖י אָמַ֥ר יְהוָֽה׃
24And they will go out and look on the corpses of those who rebelled against me. For their worm will not die, their fire will not be quenched, and they will be a horror to all flesh.
וְיָצְא֣וּ וְרָא֔וּ בְּפִגְרֵי֙ הָאֲנָשִׁ֔ים הַפֹּשְׁעִ֖ים בִּ֑י כִּ֣י תוֹלַעְתָּ֞ם לֹ֣א תָמ֗וּת וְאִשָּׁם֙ לֹ֣א תִכְבֶּ֔ה וְהָי֥וּ דֵרָא֖וֹן לְכָל־בָּשָֽׂר׃
