Peter Heals Aeneas in Lydda
Peter travels around and comes to the saints in Lydda, where he meets Aeneas, a man who has been bedridden for eight years. Peter tells him that Jesus Christ heals him and commands him to get up and make his bed. Immediately Aeneas gets up. All those living in Lydda and on the plain of Sharon see him, and they turn to the Lord.
Apostlagärningarna 9,32-35
32As Peter traveled about the country, he also came down to the saints living in Lydda.
33There he found a man named Aeneas, who had been bedridden for eight years, paralyzed.
34Peter said to him, "Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you. Get up and make your bed." And immediately he got up.
35All who lived in Lydda and Sharon saw him, and they turned to the Lord.
