Azariah, son of Oded, was a prophet upon whom the Spirit of God came. He went out to meet King Asa after a victory and encouraged him to hold fast to the Lord, which led to a great religious renewal in Judah.

וַעֲזַרְיָ֙הוּ֙ בֶּן־עוֹדֵ֔ד הָיְתָ֥ה עָלָ֖יו ר֥וּחַ אֱלֹהִֽים׃
2He went out to meet Asa and said to him: "Hear me, Asa, and all Judah and Benjamin: The LORD is with you when you are with him. If you seek him, he will let you find him; but if you forsake him, he will forsake you.
וַיֵּצֵא֮ לִפְנֵ֣י אָסָא֒ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ל֔וֹ שְׁמָע֕וּנִי אָסָ֖א וְכָל־יְהוּדָ֣ה וּבִנְיָמִ֑ן יְהוָ֤ה עִמָּכֶם֙ בִּֽהְיֽוֹתְכֶ֣ם עִמּ֔וֹ וְאִֽם־תִּדְרְשֻׁ֙הוּ֙ יִמָּצֵ֣א לָכֶ֔ם וְאִם־תַּעַזְבֻ֖הוּ יַעֲזֹ֥ב אֶתְכֶֽם׃ ס
