Moses blessed the tribe of Asher, to which Hela belonged, with promises of prosperity and strength.
24 Of Asher he said: Most blessed of sons is Asher; may he be favored by his brothers and bathe his feet in oil. hebr וּלְאָשֵׁ֣ר אָמַ֔ר בָּר֥וּךְ מִבָּנִ֖ים אָשֵׁ֑ר יְהִ֤י רְצוּי֙ אֶחָ֔יו וְטֹבֵ֥ל בַּשֶּׁ֖מֶן רַגְלֽוֹ׃
