Hem Personer Helkai Helkai was a priest who led the priestly line of Merajot in Jerusalem during the time when Joiakim served as high priest. He is mentioned in the book of Nehemiah among the heads of the priestly families who served after returning from the Babylonian exile. His role was to maintain priestly service and religious order in the rebuilt Jerusalem.
