Nebai
Co-signer of the covenant
Nebai is a person mentioned in the book of Nehemiah as one of the leaders among the people who placed their seal on the covenant with God after returning from exile in Babylon. He is among those who committed themselves to follow God's law and remain separate from the surrounding nations. Little else is known about him beyond this role as a co-signer.
