Suf (also known as Sutela/Sjutelah) was a descendant of Ephraim and an ancestor in the tribe of Ephraim. He is mentioned in the genealogies in 1 Chronicles and is known as a forefather in the lineage that led to Joshua, son of Nun. His significance lies primarily in his place in Ephraim's family tree.
