Philistine giant from the lineage of Rapha
Sippai was one of the Philistine giants descended from Rapha. He was defeated by Sibbekai from Husah in one of David's wars against the Philistines, and thus the Philistines were subdued.

4Some time later war broke out with the Philistines at Gezer. It was then that Sibbecai the Hushathite struck down Sippai, one of the descendants of the Rephaim, and the Philistines were subdued.
