David's Kingdom in Jerusalem
Noga was born during the period when David ruled from Jerusalem over all Israel, a time of greatness and expansion for the kingdom of Israel.
4David was thirty years old when he became king, and he reigned forty years.
בֶּן־שְׁלֹשִׁ֥ים שָׁנָ֛ה דָּוִ֖ד בְּמָלְכ֑וֹ אַרְבָּעִ֥ים שָׁנָ֖ה מָלָֽךְ׃
5In Hebron he reigned over Judah seven years and six months, and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty-three years over all Israel and Judah.
