Elisha Feeds a Hundred Men
A man from Baal-Shalishah brought Elisha twenty loaves of barley bread and fresh grain as firstfruits. The servant doubted that it could feed a hundred men, but Elisha gave orders to set it before them, and as the Lord had said, they ate and had some left over.
2 Kings 4,42-44
42A man came from Baal Shalishah, bringing the man of God twenty loaves of barley bread from the first ripe grain, along with some fresh heads of grain in his sack. "Give it to the people to eat," Elisha said.
43But his attendant said, "How can I set this before a hundred men?" Elisha answered, "Give it to the people to eat, for this is what the LORD says: 'They will eat, and there will be some left over.'"
44So he set it before them, and they ate and had some left over, just as the LORD had said.
