Hem Personer Eri Eri was one of the sons of Gad, who himself was a son of the patriarch Jacob and Zilpah, Leah's maidservant. Eri is mentioned in the genealogies as one of those who accompanied Jacob to Egypt. He was the ancestor of the Erite clan among the Gadites.
