Paul Receives the Vision of Macedonia
Paul receives a night vision in Troas where a Macedonian man asks him to come over and help them. After the Holy Spirit prevents them from preaching in Asia, the vision leads the missionary work further into Europe. Acts 16:6-10
Acts 16,6-10
6They traveled through the region of Phrygia and Galatia, having been kept by the Holy Spirit from speaking the word in Asia.
7When they came to the border of Mysia, they tried to enter Bithynia, but the Spirit of Jesus would not allow them.
8So they passed by Mysia and came down to Troas.
9During the night Paul had a vision: a man of Macedonia was standing and begging him, "Come over to Macedonia and help us!"
10When he had seen the vision, we immediately tried to leave for Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to proclaim the gospel to them.
