The queen who appeared during Belshazzar's feast when the mysterious writing appeared on the wall. She remembered the prophet Daniel and his wisdom from Nebuchadnezzar's time, and recommended that he be summoned to interpret the writing. Her advice led to Daniel being brought in to explain God's judgment against the Babylonian empire.

The Queen Enters the Banquet Hall
When Belshazzar and his nobles were confused by the writing on the wall, the queen entered the banquet hall because of the commotion and offered her help.
10Because of the words of the king and his nobles, the queen came into the banquet hall. She said, "O king, live forever! Do not let your thoughts terrify you, and do not let your face grow pale.
She told the king about a man in the kingdom who had the spirit of the gods within him, whom Nebuchadnezzar had appointed as head of the wise men because of his extraordinary wisdom.
11There is a man in your kingdom who has the spirit of the holy gods in him. In the days of your father he was found to have insight, understanding, and wisdom like the wisdom of the gods. King Nebuchadnezzar your father appointed him chief of the magicians, enchanters, Chaldeans, and diviners—your own father the king did this—
12because an extraordinary spirit, knowledge, and understanding were found in him, along with the ability to interpret dreams, explain riddles, and unravel difficult problems—in this Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar. Now let Daniel be summoned, and he will give the interpretation."
