Job's Restoration

After God restored Job's wealth and health, Job had seven sons and three daughters, of whom Jezibah was the eldest daughter.

12The LORD blessed the latter part of Job's life more than the first. He had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand donkeys.
13He also had seven sons and three daughters.

The Naming of Job's Daughters

Jezibah (Jemima) was named along with her sisters Keziah and Keren-Happuch. Their names were specifically mentioned, which was unusual in biblical genealogies.

14He named the first Jemimah, the second Keziah, and the third Keren-happuch.

Known for Her Beauty

Jezibah and her sisters were described as the most beautiful women in all the land, a sign of God's blessing upon Job.

15Nowhere in all the land were there women as beautiful as Job's daughters, and their father granted them an inheritance among their brothers.

Receiving an Inheritance Among Brothers

Job gave Jezibah and her sisters an inheritance among their brothers, which was very unusual in the society of that time and testified to Job's righteousness and generosity.

15Nowhere in all the land were there women as beautiful as Job's daughters, and their father granted them an inheritance among their brothers.

Part of Job's Blessed Old Age

Jozbekashah was part of the blessed period in Job's life when he lived an additional 140 years and saw four generations of his descendants.

16After this Job lived a hundred and forty years, and he saw his children and their children to the fourth generation.
17And so Job died, old and full of days.
