If someone's offering is a fellowship sacrifice, if he brings it from the herd, whether male or female, he must present one without defect before the LORD.
He shall lay his hand on the head of his offering and slaughter it at the entrance of the tent of meeting; then Aaron's sons, the priests, shall splash the blood against the altar on all sides.
From the fellowship sacrifice he shall present as a food offering to the LORD the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrails,
and the two kidneys with the fat on them near the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he shall remove along with the kidneys.
Then Aaron's sons shall burn it on the altar, on top of the burnt offering that lies on the wood over the fire—a food offering, a pleasing aroma to the LORD.
If his offering to the LORD for a fellowship sacrifice comes from the flock, he must present a male or female without defect.
If he offers a lamb, he shall bring it before the LORD,
lay his hand on its head, and slaughter it in front of the tent of meeting, and Aaron's sons shall splash its blood against all sides of the altar.
From the fellowship sacrifice he shall present as a food offering to the LORD its fat: the entire fat tail, which he shall remove close to the backbone, the fat that covers the entrails, and all the fat that is on the entrails,
both kidneys with the fat on them near the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he shall remove along with the kidneys.
The priest shall burn it on the altar as food, an offering made by fire to the LORD.
If his offering is a goat, he shall present it before the LORD,
lay his hand on its head, and slaughter it in front of the tent of meeting, and Aaron's sons shall splash its blood against all sides of the altar.
From it he shall present his offering as a food offering to the LORD: the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrails,
both kidneys with the fat on them near the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he shall remove along with the kidneys.
The priest shall burn them on the altar as food, an offering made by fire, a pleasing aroma. All the fat belongs to the LORD.
This is a lasting statute for your generations, wherever you live: you must not eat any fat or any blood.
