The LORD spoke to Moses and said:
and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, understanding, and knowledge in every kind of craft,
to design works of art in gold, silver, and bronze,
And see, I have appointed Oholiab son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan, to work with him. I have also given skill to every craftsman, so they can make everything I have commanded you:
the tent of meeting, the ark of the testimony and the atonement cover that goes on it, and all the furnishings of the tent;
the table with its utensils, the pure lampstand with all its utensils, the altar of incense,
the altar of burnt offering with all its utensils, and the basin with its stand;
the woven garments, the holy garments for Aaron the priest and the garments for his sons to serve as priests,
and the anointing oil and the fragrant incense for the sanctuary. They are to make them just as I have commanded you."
"Say to the Israelites: 'Above all, keep my Sabbaths, for this is a sign between me and you throughout your generations, so you will know that I am the LORD, who makes you holy.
Keep the Sabbath, for it is holy to you. Whoever profanes it must be put to death; anyone who does any work on that day must be cut off from among his people.
For six days work is to be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of complete rest, holy to the LORD. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day must be put to death.
The Israelites are to keep the Sabbath, observing it throughout their generations as a lasting covenant.
It is a sign between me and the Israelites forever, for in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day he rested and was refreshed.'"
When the LORD had finished speaking with Moses on Mount Sinai, he gave him the two tablets of the testimony, tablets of stone written by the finger of God.
